Refund Policy

At Digital Org, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are applicable:

100% Refund Guarantee:

Customers are eligible for a full refund (100%) within 24 hours of making a deposit, provided no work has commenced on the project.

Partial Refund:

If a customer has provided all necessary information to begin the project and later requests a refund, they may be entitled to a partial refund of up to 75%, depending on the amount of work completed. However, if the project work has already been fully completed and delivered, no refund will be granted.

No Refunds After Work Completion:

Once the design work has been completed and delivered, no refund will be available under any circumstances.

Hosting, Domain, and SSL Services:

Refunds are not available for hosting, domain registration, or SSL certificate services. These services are non-refundable once purchased, as they are provided by third-party vendors.

Communication Requirement:

We advise our clients to discuss project details with us before making any purchase. Purchases made without prior communication are not eligible for a 100% refund.
